Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return guidelines will not be accepted.
- Used merchandise can not be accepted due to sanitary guidelines.

You're safe with us. At Simple Necessit-EASE, we take the protection of your privacy seriously. We use the information we collect strictly to improve the quality of your shopping experience and we never rent, trade, or sell your private information to others.
Registration and order information
Necessit-EASE uses a registration process and order form so that you can purchase online, request information and receive service from us. Your personal contact information (i.e. name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, etc.) is used to send you your order and to fulfill marketing programs.
Credit card information is completely secure and protected and collected for the sole purpose of billing you for your purchase.
Users may browse our products and information without registering. Registration is optional and only required to shop online.
Communications from Necessit-EASE
Necessit-EASE reserves the right to communicate with our registered users regarding their order should the need arise.
Communication regarding transaction and account maintenance
Necessit-EASE communications include order confirmations, order updates, problems with orders, delivery issues (as needed), and management of accounts (should issues arise).
If you're not happy, we're not happy. We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of used underwear, that have been opened. Please allow up to 10 business days to fully process your return.
- Place the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which the item was wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped.
- If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent in transit damage to the item. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
- Call our customer Care number (800) 910-1276 for a UPS return label request.
- Please write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.
